May 16, 2012.  47 days till 30.  And most importantly, today is the day I finally figured out how to bake chicken.  I’m decent enough in the kitchen, but chicken and I have never gotten along.  No more.  Tonight, it came out juicy and flavorful.  Bam.  I mean, cluck.
